Samuel Eto’o visited in May 2006 the “Peres Center for Peace”; there, he learnt about the sporting projects this organization carries out with Palestinian and Israeli children. As part of the project "Twinned Peace Football Schools", Samuel Eto'o collaborated in the tournament for Peace which took place during his stay in Israel.

The two foundations reached an agreement of collaboration in which the Samuel Eto’o Foundation has commited to cover the cost of transportation to Barcelona of 9 palestinian and Israeli technicians so that these had the opportunity to get familiar with the work in situ and with the people working in the sporting project of the Samuel Eto’o Foundation.
